HOPE RESTORED FOR HOUSING MARKET
ABC Real Estate Brings New Change For Cache Valley
LOGAN, Utah --Sept. 5, 08- - Cache Valley resident Preston Parker has come up with a new and creative way to buy and sell homes. The idea was first developed by Bill Gatten, a lawyer in California. Gatten’s intentions were to make it easier for middle class people to buy and own a house in today’s market.
Parker has since developed the idea into Cache Valley’s own company called ABC Real Estate LLC. Parker is looking for those interested in investing in ABC Real Estate. Investors can expect 10-20% back in the next 2-3 years and help residents in the housing market.
"We're a lot smarter now than we were in 1929,” President Parker stated. “By using land trusts, we can help people who are struggling to keep their homes and for those who don't have a home, we can help them get one."
This new housing investment system involves four types of beneficial investors including a seller, credit, investor, and resident; all are expected to gain benefits from this investment. The BDEH (Beneficiary Directed Equity-Holding) Landtrust will not only benefit those in the housing market, but is expected to help boost our economy.
ABC Real Estate has high hopes for helping the housing market here in Cache Valley. This new company is a great investment and expected to do well. More information can be found at landtrust.net.

I really like the title. I think it motivates people to read it. One AP style thing that I found is just the first sentence, you should put commas around Preston Parker. Other than that, it was very well written and covered all the pertinent information.
